Below are my packages and prices. Custom packages are possible. All prices are all-in.

Complete package 1750,-

• Intake with mother + 1,5 hrs
• 3 or 4 prenatal visits of ± 2 hrs (covering what to expect for birth, birth plan, what to do)
• Available for your questions (working hours)
• Extra consult for moments of (difficult) choice is included
• On call from week 37
• Present at birth from at least active phase (as est. by midwife) until at least 2 hrs after birth. 
• 1 Postpartum visit 1,5 hrs
• My pictures 
• The certainty of trusted backup doulas (from douladays.nl), whom you can meet if desired.

Package can be expanded to fit your needs with treatments, extra mindfulness sessions, an extra postpartum prep session,  postpartum treatments or my postpartum doula service. 

Doula package combined with Kraamzorg: instead of postpartum visit you get a treatment (massage or belly bind session) 

Prices for postpartum doula care (minimum 9 hrs.) range from 45-55 per hr.

9-12 hrs  55/hr.

13-18 hrs 50/hr.

19+ hrs  45/hr. 

This includes a free intake (when booked before birth), and includes the use of a few products (oils, herbs, moxa stick, etc.). For the belly bind treatment there is a 70,- deposit.  

Kraamzorg is professional medical care. In case of a homebirth, I assist the midwife during the last part of birth. The first 8 days after the birth I support the whole family in your own home, with a minimum of 24 hrs. and an average of 49 hrs. I take on clients who intend to use 49 hrs. 

Kraamzorg is covered by insurance, you pay about 5,- per hr. out of pocket (check with your insurance), sometimes with extra insurance you don’t pay anything out of pocket. 

In my approach it is important to me that I align to your vision. I am educated to deliver care with a holistic, natural approach. 

Private course 450,-

• Intake form

Coaching 4-6 sessies 500,- 

Postpartum complete preparation 2-3 hrs 120,-

• A session of ± 3 hrs where you get all the info you need so you know what to expect and avoid some common pitfalls, discuss your worries, discover your dreams and make your plan for the precious postpartum period. 

Extra private lessons / sessions (for example mindfulness) 80/u

The cost for a custom made 4 hr. program is ± 400,-
